Event Venue Details

Maximum capacity for events is 250

Availability

Year-round, Friday-Sunday, 10am -10pm. Your event is allotted a 6-hour block. Longer hours available by special request

Pricing

The cost is sum total of these four items below:

  1. Lobo Castle Venue fee: $4500
  2. Refundable Cleaning deposit: $1,500
  3. Event Insurance: $500
  4. Catering and valet charges vary depending on guest count, personal choices, and other variables.

*The venue fee and insurance are set amounts.

*The venue fee includes a day of on-site wedding coordinator, vendor meetings and rehearsal time the day before the wedding.


The event fee also Includes:

  • Planning meetings at the location.
  • All normal set-up and clean-up interior restrooms.
  • Separate bride’s and groom’s chambers.
  • Rehearsal at mutually agreeable time.
  • rehearsal dinner for up to 30  guests. (additional catering cost for actual dinner apply)

Catering Fees

Fees start at $65.00 per person for a simple buffet and $75.00 for sit down dinner

Full catering cost varies depending on guest count and menu choices
Buffet or sit-down service available

All Catering Packages Include:

  • All fees and gratuities – no cake-cutting fee
  • Client contracts directly with Lobo Castle catering.
  • Includes $12.50 per person towards your rentals of: Tables, Chairs, Linens, Plates, Flatware, and Glasses.
  • Service, set-up and normal clean-up

Bartender(s), bar set up and service is a separate cost

Parking

Valet or shuttling cost varies depending on guest count.

There is no parking available on neighboring streets. Guests are valet-parked at location or
shuttled from a nearby parking area. Events over 30 Valet service is required due to space
and neighborhood limitations.
